‘Re-installation’ was even worse…

I was pumped to get Solar in Ohio! Unfortunately, the initial installation went poorly - bad communication, garbage everywhere, conduit hanging off my roof, AND the panels were not installed correctly. They were behind and too close to a chimney and would never pass inspection… or work. It took 3 weeks for Fluent to even call me back. I was reluctant to have the same crew ‘re-install,’ but Cody assured me there would more oversight and a clear plan. I feel like an idiot for believing him. Two men showed up this week in an unmarked van, no uniforms or introduction, with one tiny ladder they kept trying really hard to fall off… Within an hour, they were having a huge brawl in my driveway. No response to my frantic calls to their HQ. When the crew fled (supervisor was finally on the way), they had ‘re-installed’ some of the panels… on top of a skylight. The supervisor confirmed the panels weren’t installed correctly. Zero response from Fluent HQ to this disaster.
