False Advertising

When the salesman came out to make their pitch, he gave an impressive overview of what the system would do, what the process would be and what to expect. We even like the concierge piece to make sure we had someone to contact if we had questions. However, what he failed to tell us that the promise of the rebate check was a lie. We did not receive everything we were promised in the smart Power 360 program. When we fulfilled our part of the agreement to be able to receive the check nothing ever came. I reached out to him, customer service and their headquarters. To date, we have heard nothing from any of them. If I stopped making my payments that would be a problem because they aren't the ones who financed us. I did not understand this and did not understand that because of that they were not legally allowed to obligate the financing company to do so. So now here we are in a contract where one side of the equation outright lied to get the sale, but the other side has to abide by said faulty sale.
