Extraordinary customer service! Super recommend!

Living in a newly built neighborhood, we are sitting ducks for every solar sales agent. Our NextDoor app is filled with story after story of all of the rude agents and scummy sales tactics within our neighborhood. This left my husband and I to be predisposed to not trusting solar companies who came knocking. ATX Solar, however, got our attention in a good way. They were always up-front with us about every part of the process; however, it was the kindness of the agent, Justen Martyka, that made the biggest difference. I'm a young, disabled housewife and I'm accustomed to making people very uncomfortable in my presence, but Justen treated me like a human in ways I hadn't seen since I was more able-bodied. He was endlessly patient with us when we had to cancel or reschedule appointments and always respected our time. We have been on a ridiculously good energy contract that left us with bizarrely cheap electricity. Justen never lied about the numbers and told us that the top-of-the-line solar system we'd chosen would be more expensive than what we're paying right now. Like what? What sales agent openly tells you that? The good ones do, I can say. We explained our situation and he admitted we had a crazy good deal right now. We decided to go ahead and pull the trigger now on solar panels because we didn't want to wait till our electric contract ended since the prices could increase at at any time (as most of us learned during the pandemic). ATX Solar held our hands through the entire process and kept us up to date on where we were in the process. I still appreciate that they handled ALL of the permitting, especially with our HOA. Every single employee that we interacted with was kind and made the process as easy as possible for us. We've now had our panels installed and we're kind of at a loss with how easy they made it. We're also shocked that everything followed the exact plan Justen had outlined to us at the beginning and was pain-free. I'm genuinely so glad that we chose such a great company to work with because we like to vote with our dollars and ATX Solar is the sort of company others should aspire to be. We believe in the quality of the solar system they've installed and I'm endlessly glad we didn't settle for any of the others who came knocking. I cannot begin to recommend Justen Martyka enough, though. ATX Solar is great, but Justen is an absolute sweetheart who took great care of us. Don't settle for less than stellar customer service & top-of-the-line products.
