The sales team we had was great, very knowledgeable and walked us through every detail of the process. The project manager fell a little short of meeting my expectations. After everything was approved there was a delay on getting the install scheduled and I had to follow up a few times for updates. The install went quick and had no issues. The final inspection went great and soon after we started generating energy. The only other issue we have is getting our credit from Illinois (SREC). Seems like there was a delay on getting the process going after I signed the document. A month later I was told about a vendor issue with the state of Illinois and that they corrected everything but now we were put back through the process. Instead of getting a check by July at the latest, it’s now December. The vendor I signed off on is the same vendor on the new one they submitted in Jan, so I’m not really sure on what the issue was. Overall it was a good experience but just falling a little short on the project management and getting the SREC check.
