Bought New Construction Home Eastvale, Ca., solar good for a few years no electric bills even refund at settlement month. Now several years and started receiving up to $500.00 settlement bills still under warranty contacted Sunpower. First overseas rep useless gave me hang ups. I called for years while still under warranty when finally, all the way up to Escalations agreed to reimburse me their $300.00 service charge as I complained after they now tried to tell me I was no longer in 10 warranty mind you when I started calling, I was still in warranty. Calls rep names emails to proof it. Manager agrees to reimburse me $300.00 if I pay upfront someone comes to the home check unit working properly then when I tried to schedule by email manager now taking back what was promised which is to reimburse me, he $300.00 service only charge. This is uncalled for I have SunPower's promise to reimburse me. What kind of Company operates like this... are we in a 3rd world company!!! A contract commitment in writing it to be honored as it represents your company in this case it's SunPower. Shame on SUNPOWER. I recommend don't do business with this company all you get is overseas representative that don't know what their doing while giving you the run around.
