Their mission is to scam people in a high pressured sales pitch by reps who misrepresent the company and sales. Rep who sold pkg sd he was with Simple Energy representing Legacy Solar. We bought pkg for panels and generator and were promised lower energy bills and unlimited svc even when weather was bad. Installers left trash all over my garage and yard. After many delays, panels finally worked, per Company. 1st storm came by; no svc for 8 hours. When finally got someone to answer, was told we did not have that pkg, but could purchase a battery pack for ano $5k. Our energy bills are higher every month. A mgr (Keaton Taylor) came out and spoke w my daughter saying they would call me. I left messages and sent emails with no response. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
