Sales commissions unpaid, no one take responsability.

I have sales commissions unpaid, been calling since the month of May. The person in charge of the sales representatives doesn't work in the company anymore, the person in charge of the recruiting process doesn't work anymore. No one responds after many e-mails. Not convenient for a sales representative job, even with a signed contract.
