Fast to reply when wanting your money

In the beginning BeeGreen is fast to reply to your inquiries. But look out once they get done! If you have any questions they seem to vanish? Only 1 phone# and no customer service dept. Have called and text only to be ignore. If this is how their customer service is then how will they honor their warranties? And don't say its' because you're busy! A simple call or text would do "I'll call back" But not even that. As I said they were great before contract .I was warned by another about them and now I'm doing same. They may be cheaper but with no customer service Don't spend your money

Franklin, We would first like to address your concerns and apologize for you feeling that way. We most certainly have a customer service department and have fielded a total of 43 of your calls and 58 text to you. The same day you left this review you text me at 2:50pm and I personally returned that text to you at 3:58 p.m. We do track all of this information for this exact reason. Additionally, you cancelled on 2 other contractors after contract before going with us and attempted to cancel on us at the 4-week mark because you changed your mind again. We had you installed in 5 weeks from contract signing. We provided you with top-of-the-line product at a very competitive price and have addressed all of your text/calls accordingly. We were on the phone with you for 1 hour 26 minutes and 37 seconds at 5pm until almost 7pm at night after you switched your router and couldn't sign into your monitoring application. Even know this has nothing to do with us, nor is it our fault we stayed on the phone as you were swearing at our representative for nearly 2-hours in your frustration of not being able to gain access through your changed router. We have no negative reviews anywhere you look; we are A rated on the BBB and take customer service VERY seriously. I've tried personally calling you several times now with no return call, if you would like to discuss this matter kindly call the office. Thank you and have a great day, Franklin.
