This company is a joke

This company is garbage. We spent over $25,000 on solar panels that are not operating correctly. Every time I call this company to get updates, I get incompetent people who give me the run around. Every time I am told I will receive a call back, I never do. The only calls I am receiving are from their collections department asking for me to make my final payment to them. Every time I give them the same answer. I will not pay until my system is working correctly. I mean, come on now, why would i give any more money to a company that is not fulfilling their obligation to stand behind their product? I have over an 800 credit score and have never been sent to a collections department in my entire adult life. I intend to pay once I have a system that correctly. The entire installation process was a pain in the butt. The first inspection was done incorrectly, which caused delays. My salesperson told me that he made a mistake and that they had to increase the process because of it, crying poverty and that he was making no money. When the installers showed up, they were literally yelling on the roof " COME ON, MAKE THAT MONEY!!" I could not believe my ears! Then, one of the workers told me how much they make installing large projects like mine. I was literally disgusted at this point. I have talked to countless people between Boundless Energy and Freedom Forever, and absolutely no one is getting back to me. I have a useless system on my roof. Steer clear of this joke of a company!! Update! So I received an email after this honest and bad review from a person named Nathan Ewell. The email stated that I should reach out to Freedom Forevers 5 star customer support team. I did just that. I was assured I would receive a call within 72 hours. Thank God I wasn't holding my breath, because that never happened. In fact, I called in yet again and was on hold hor over a half an hour. I then had to talk to two people including a supervisor. After an hour and a half, our problem is still not resolved. One thing I did discover is that boundless energy and Freedom Forever broke their contract with me and I called them out on it. Next call is to my attorney. That should get response.... HOPEFULLY! If you ever have the pleasure of dealing with Matt Bice in the Austin Area.... good luck! Guy is a district manager and brags about how good he is, but can't even follow through on simple promises to call .e back when he says he will.
