Honest, efficient and excellent customer service

Prime Home Solutions is the outfit that we ultimately chose to provide and install our solar system. Their pricing was competitive and working with Brent, Adam and Darren made the entire process a breeze. From power consumption evaluation, system design, permitting, installation and after care, Prime Home Solutions provides excellent service. I appreciated the honesty and no pressure sales process to make sure that we got what we needed and wanted without being oversold. Even the change order process was easy when I requested an additional panel and upgraded monitoring. We purchased a system that’s a smidgen more than we need in anticipation of a future EV so we are set up for a plug and play addition. In the meantime, it’s been amazing to only have to pay minimum(non-bypass able) monthly utility connection charges and to get a substantial check yearly for sending access production back to the grid.
