Thank you Emerald Energy. I chose this company by the reviews and wanted to be sure to write a review to assist others when looking for a Renewable Energy Specialist Company in NC. The company that installed my solar panels back in 2018 went bankrupt . Emerald Energy made it through the pandemic which says a lot. I needed a new company to monitor the panels - then I lost connectivity to Solar Edge monitoring platform. John Leonard diagnosed hardware failure with the inverter. New one is installed and household is back in business. Very easy to communicate with Mr Leonard. No drama (unike the last company). Straight forward dealings. So easy to work with. Thank you! I recommend this company to any one.
