This company is using AI to assault customers

Sun Services did part of my solar install about a year ago. The install was a disaster. Now, to add insult to injury, starting recently, they've been using an AI bot to call me from an 800 number multiple times a day. They won't stop. In order to try to get them to stop, I went through the AI message - it's impossible to get transferred to a person. They want to sell me a warranty plan. I scheduled a meeting in order to try to speak to a person in hopes the AI assault phone calls will stop. This should be illegal.
