Installation occurred in Reno, NV. They have only gotten 2 things right during this disaster, taking my money and giving me tax documents to file with my income tax return. Their customer service is non-existent! I paid extra to have critter guards installed on my panels due to all the pigeons in the neighborhood, they forgot to order them and had to wait an extra 6 weeks before they were installed. They did not submit the correct paperwork to the Energy company which delayed connection by 4 weeks. Connection has happened and at any given time 2-5 of my 12 panels are not connected or have NOT produced any electricity in the last 6 weeks. Any calls or emails to customer service go unanswered. Everything has been blamed on a nameless "project manager". I don't think there is a project manager because anyone who takes the job probably sees the cluster they are walking into and quits very quickly. Anytime someone shows up to fix something, I have no notice. They just randomly show up on a day, state they are here to fix something and there is no one here. In their mind, they are doing their part and putting the blame on me because I am not available to let them in. However, I can't ensure someone is home if I don't know what day / time they are scheduled to show up. If I ran a business like this, I'd be out of business quickly. What is really sad is we were looking to do solar install on 2 more properties and will not use them at all.
