Excellent Design and Installation Experience

Worked with NRG for about 18 months while our house was going through a major remodel in Palos Verdes Estates. I found their design and installation process to be thorough, very good quality, and responsive. Numerous (difficult) reviews and permits required by our city with the HOA, Fire Dept, Building Dept, and Edison. There were some challenges, but our project was complex with 24 panels, 2 Tesla Power-Wall batteries, and the city being very picky about aesthetics. Overall, they did a very nice job, and I say that coming from a background in building construction and Electrical Engineering. I was impressed with the response times to deal with issues and the continued follow-up by Edward Rodriguez, our activation manager. We have a couple apps now showing system operational status and energy management from the panels and the batteries. Highly recommend!
