The work was shabby and I had to complain to get them to come back to redo the conduit. It was all over the exterior wall in a weird pattern. The inspector never came to look at the work. Never heard from them after the installation to let me know when my service would begin. My electric just goes out one day when the person came to install the new meter. On top of that, I get a call from them the other day to tell me that the rate increases $.50 each month for the next 25 years. Never heard that from them before. Their selling point was that the rate would be $45.00 a month for the next 25 years. I can’t deal with the lies !
