From the beginning of installation it has been horrible. The lack communication if they had any. Francine will tell you her manager will call and they never do. Francine must be a liar then since no managers ever call. When they powered on the solar it destroyed our AC/heater. We had to pay for it to be fixed. Maeve B lied through her teeth also. I sent her the receipt and she said she would get it reimbursed. I am yet to see any money. For the majority between Late January till now, mid May, the panels have not been working. So more lies because the company promises all these credits and yet I cant bank any since the system is not functioning properly. I have called 100 times or more. They never answer. The techs are the only ones who actually call back. Stay away from this company. Run for your life.
