A TERRIBLE company and the sales persons are liars. FRAUD

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and business practices of Solar Vision. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to formally lodge this complaint due to the significant issues I have encountered. Firstly, the sales practices employed by Solar Vision were misleading. During the sales process, the representatives assured me of numerous benefits and savings that I would supposedly receive by installing solar panels through your company. However, these promises have proven to be grossly exaggerated, if not entirely false. I was led to believe that my investment would result in substantial energy savings, yet this has not been the case. The discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered is unacceptable. Furthermore, the customer service I have received from this company has been appalling. Attempts to contact their customer service department to address my concerns have been met with long wait times, unresponsive representatives, and a general lack of assistance. On multiple occasions, I was either transferred from one representative to another without resolution or promised a follow-up that never materialized. This level of service is unprofessional and has only added to my frustration. Additionally, I was placed into a loan arrangement that I was assured would be beneficial and manageable. However, this loan has turned out to be financially crippling. The terms were not clearly explained, and I now find myself locked into a high-interest loan that is far from what I was initially led to believe. This deceptive practice is inexcusable and has caused significant financial strain. To make matters worse, I recently discovered that Solar Vision has filed for bankruptcy. This development has left me and many other customers in an uncertain and precarious situation. The lack of communication and transparency from your company regarding this matter is deeply concerning and has only served to erode any remaining trust I had in your organization. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Solar Vision to stay away from this company to avoid experiencing the same distress and financial hardship.
