Non working solar system was installed

I had my solar installed in March 2023, it’s been 14 months since and our electric bill never went down. Every month the system goes down, with different errors. It takes weeks for someone to come out to fix it. And in 14 months, we did not have even 1 month that it worked. Since we were transferred to solar rate with duke, our bill is double that it used to be plus we pay $252 for the solar loan.
