Upon job completion, we received a thorough exit interview with technical experts who explained how the system works and how to monitor it using an intuitive phone application. Smart Solar is the most professional contracting company that I have ever dealt with in the course of my 50 years as a home owner. This is a well-established top-drawer, reputable solar contractor that operates as a well-oiled machine. All company staff, including administrative and technical support, are promptly accessible by phone and email. Their competence and responsiveness is unparalleled. Smart Solar’s warranty on labor and parts exceeds that of competitors by a country mile. Final project costs were exactly as proposed, with no hidden fees or after the fact charges.
