We have had two installations done by Freedom Solar 16 panels on our first install and 8 more panels done this past year. We initially referred two families that both bought panels from the company. After our installations were complete we are no longer giving referrals because of on-going issues with almost every aspect of the project. Communication with the company is difficult at best No responses during "business hours" The installers on the second portion of the job did very poor quality work and it was only corrected after we were finally able to contact a supervisor Even then the correction was of poor quality and the panels should have been removed and installed again. No mention was made of the critter guard and when we found out about and asked about it we were told it would cost substantially more to install it after the project was completed Electrical work on the project took about 5 visits with each crew blaming the problem on the previous crew We are no longer referring Freedom Solar to our friends
