Great Experience

I initially came across Photon Brothers when I was wanting to add a battery to my solar system, since we had been experiencing frequent power outages several years ago. The company that installed my panels was not yet supplying batteries so I did some research on the brand possibilities and local companies that install them. Photon Brothers offered me the best price by several hundred dollars, but more important, they had what I had determined was the best battery --Tesla-- in their warehouse. When the battery they installed the battery they discovered the inverter had gone out, so I went ahead and had a new Tesla inverter installed. They gave me a $700 discount as a returning customer. The new inverter revealed that my 15+ year old panels were not generating much energy anymore, so I had new panels installed. The quote was for a 4.5 kWh system, but before installation, they called and asked if would be ok to install larger panels that would give me a 5.1 kWh system for the same price. I agreed of course and am hoping that they will give me another discount for this. They came when they said they would and got the job done on scheduled. It is now delivering over 6kWh at the peak and has reduced usage of power from the grid to almost nothing. Katlyyn Arnoldi, with whom I dealt on the bids, scheduling and payment has been difficult to reach by phone, but she shares an office with Andrew Cavinta, who was the project manager on the battery project, and he is generally available and been very helpful.
