Review of solar panels, contract

The woman (I won't mention her name) came to my home and explained what I needed to do to get solar panels. She then went on to tell me how great they were and the money I would save. She lied about how many solar panels I needed. She lied about how many batteries I needed. She had her computer and was doing calculations. It took forever to get the solar panels hooked up. The blame was put on Entergy. Maybe they were to blame, I don't know. When she told me that the solar panels would cost $106,800. I immediately told her never mind. She said, "Wait, that's before you get the Federal Government Buy Down Payment. You automatically get that and can do whatever you want with it. You can go on vacation, buy a car, whatever," I informed her that I would put it on the down payment for the solar panels. She said that would be fine. She then calculated how much I would pay: $106,800 minus the Down Payment amount of $32,040. I even have a sheet titled SCHEDULE 1. The amount I would pay if I used the buy-down payment is as follows: 18 months of $404—281 months of $404; 1 month of $402.28. The total would be $121,198.28. I said that was okay and I would do it. The Buy Down Payment was to be an incentive. NOW, if I chose to spend the Buy Down Payment and not use it to pay the loan, it would be 18 months of $404.00, 281 months of $579.27, and 1 month of $574.78. The total would be $170,621.65. The woman I spoke with today said the total would be $179,920.61. Both were based on the company automatically withdrawing it from my account. The woman said the Buy Buy Down Payment had nothing to do with the Outstanding Principal Balance. It was still $106,800. My first email had the Outstanding Principal Balance of $106,800. THE WAY I FIGURED IT IS THIS: If I didn't get the Buy Down Payment of $32,040 and my balance isn't $74,7660 why do all the payments on my SHEDULE 1 of the contract come out to be $121,198.28. I'm going to an attorney and have him draw a Motion To Dissolve Contract. The reason would be due to misrepresentation and false advertisement.
