Follow Up Was Very Poor

They wer great to work with at the beginning of the process. But once the system was installed, I received no support of follow up. They had promised to follow up with details on the system etc, but 5 months later I have yet to hear from them. Be cautious of their sales approach as it appears they only want to sell you a system. The don’t appear to be concerned about the customer after they have got your money
