Fire Reimbursement

Please beware doing business with this company. I had an electrical panel fire in Feb 2024 that was determined by a licensed electrician, it was caused by the improper setup of my solar panels. I asked for suntria to come investigate and reimburse me for the damages this had cause to my house. Here in June 2024 no one has come to see or have I been reimbursed. They informed me that they cannot reimburse me due to me paying for the damages already. I had a new baby back in Jan 2024 and needed this fixed so the milk would not spoil and the house would be warm for the baby. The fire happend on a friday so there was no one to get ahold of until Monday. They expected me to hold off until then with a 1 month old baby. I paid out of my pocket for the outside electrical panel and the AC motor that was damaged as well. The electrician stated they do not like the way the panels are hooked up to the inside electrical panel and Suntria still will not come and see if this is a hazard as well. I have talked to multiple electricians and they all have stated that solar companies do not always get licensed electricians to connect the solar panels up correctly. I would like suntria to do right but I really doubt this will happen since I have still not had anyone come and check my setup or even call me back. Please be careful when doing your homework on Suntria.
