Worst customer service

We’ve had solar through sun solar by sun power for 8 years now and haven’t had any problems until now. We noticed one of our inverters isn’t working. We called Sun solar last week, then didn’t hear anything, called again Monday and again Wednesday and Friday and each time we were told there was no open work order and to wait until 72 hours to hear. Then we called a different number and they blamed it on Sun Power. This is ridiculous. I’m ready to rip my solar off my roof at this point and deliver it back to Sun solar myself! What a worthless company when it’s not working.
