Unacceptable contract

I liked my experience with BR until I saw the contract. It requires any legal action to be filed in Orem, Utah (I live in Seattle, WA), and it requires the signer to waive the right to join a class action suit. BR said waiving my rights was for my own protection. Absurd.

To ensure customers receive a personalized solution, Blue Raven Solar asks that they operate on an individual basis. Additionally, class-action lawsuits are likely to take multiple years to settle, which does not provide a timely solution.
