My panels are on the house, and that experience wasn't the worst. I need a new roof from hail damage and I signed a contract and PAID Titan 5 months ago to get those panels off. They told me 5 months ago that it would be scheduled soon. Apparently the rep I was talking to quit, and they forgot about me. I've been emailing and calling them over the last 5 months trying to just get them to do what I paid them way too much money to do. How hard is it to get a few guys out to unbolt some solar panels? This organization is extremely dysfunctional. Just don't.
