We just wrapped up installation with NRG and our experience was brilliant. It is a long process - between personal research before reaching out, selecting NRG, design, permitting and installation - it takes a minute. All that being said, the experience was extremely smooth compared to stories I've heard and read about in general and with other vendors. When it came to the installation process specifically, we worked with Aracely and team and they were truly excellent. They were informative and collaborative in their approach. I'm always a fan of over-communication so the client knows what's going on, particularly with something that can be complicated like solar. The highlight for me was when the city inspector came out and let me know that the installation was one of the best he'd seen, so much so that he brought another inspector over to our property to look at the installation, highlighting the positives.
