Water Leaks in the Roof of My Home

I noticed water spots in drywall ceiling of my garage in December 2023, on Jamuary 26, 2024, water started leaking in my garage and 3 sheets of drywall fell to the floor, i took pictures and sent them to ADT/Sunpro, they gave me a case number and a 3-man crew came out on 2/29/24 and reviewed the damages and told me that the previous ADT crew that re-installed the solar panels had installed anchors in the wrong location and incorrectly. I have called ADT more than 15 times in the last 6 months and spoke with multiple reps and have not gotten any response and the water leaks continue
