When I decided to go solar, I had done a lot of research. I got quotes from about 8 different providers, I spoke with lots of sales reps, and I compared specs of lots of different systems. I went with Lumina partly because their system promised to perform better at similar cost to other systems, and because their sales rep Andrew Cimino was very helpful and responsive. During the bid process, he was on vacation for a week, out of the country, but he still responded to my questions and requests promptly and with attention to detail. The installation went very smoothly and their team led me through every step of the process with the same attentiveness. My system has been operating for a few days now and everything has been functioning as described in their literature, no surprises. For a large investment like this one (I had an 11kW system installed), I would highly recommend Lumina as an installer.
