disappointed from presentation and follow up

During the presentation he repeated my elecgtric bill would be $82.00 per month forever. Repeated to husband and son. After install I get bill for the panels and payment if $146 a month fAND I ALSO GET A BILL FROM ELECTRIC CO. Can never get straialght answer. Now the enphase has not been working since feburary and it is going to be replaced. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR GENERATED ELECTRIC. \Maybe someone will contact me. This entire project is disappointing
