A few years ago I purchased a home with solar panels installed by Purepoint. Recently, I received an email message indicating that my system was off-line. I panicked, as I know very little about solar systems. Potential costs loomed large in my head and overwhelmed me. I called Purepoint for assistance and spoke to Lori. She was a tremendous help from the beginning--very calming and informative. She had me forward various pics of the meters, inverter, etc. After many messages and with her help, we were able to discern that the system was still functioning fine, but the monitoring meter had gone down. Even with this, she knew exactly what to do with the warranty and made the appropriate contacts. The issue is resolved now, and with no expense to me. In retrospect, I am astonished at the time and energy Lori put in to help me. I went from panicked to calm (and am much more informed about my solar system). It is EXTREMELY rare nowadays to find a company that cares and will faithfully stand by you in a crisis. Thanks Purepoint and Lori! It is greatly appreciated!
