If I could give 0 stars I would. Our install was completed a month ago today. In that month the electrical work has failed inspection twice. They made an appointment for someone to come out for the 3rd time to fix whatever wasn't passing inspection and they did not show up. Not only did they not show up I had to call to find out what was going on. I got a text about the rescheduled appointment to fix the issues the following evening. Again they failed to show up for that appointment as well, and again I had to call to find out why no one came out. Now being told it could be another week before someone can get out here. So here we sit with a system that can't even be turned on yet due to multiple failed inspections, and no show appointments a month after install was complete. Im so tired of the run around with this company. Absolutly do not recommend them.

Hi Melinda, As each solar project and jurisdiction is different, there are occasions when additional work is required to ensure all expectations of the local jurisdiction are met. We have worked diligently to ensure your project is handled and concluded in a timely manner. However, there were unfortunately some delays caused by a medical emergency involving our technician. We are pleased to inform you that we have since been able to complete the necessary work and have alerted your city so they can reschedule the inspection. Although we still anticipate your solar system being operational before your first financing payment, we will reimburse you for any payments due prior to that point.
