5 star service all the way through. We moved into a new construction home, so we had sales people stopping by all day for months. Blue Raven was the first company to appreciate my time and not try to force products on us. Desmond was great from the beginning to end, and has even gone further by checking in multiple times after the install was complete to make sure we were happy and doing well. Everything was easy, and Desmond made sure he was available to answer any questions we had, he was extremely professional and made this entire process stress-free. I wish I could work with someone like Desmond at every company I hire.
