System has been energized for almost 2 years. Called BRS because I had one panel not working/responding within the last month. Technician came out to diagnose the problem with intentions to repair or replace malfunctioning panel. Turns out a critter (squirrel or bird) had jarred a connection loose. It was an easy fix and the panel is now producing and reporting properly.
