My system is suffering major production issues and the company is impossible to reach. All email locations I have are returning as invalid. They keep getting paid every month but seem completely unconcerned that my production is way off.

We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and we are actively working to have them fully addressed. As the solar installer of your system, Venture Solar takes great responsibility in the service of your solar system, and our entire customer base, post-system activation. Given that your solar system is financed with Sunnova, we are working directly with them to best service your solar system. Within a week of being notified of the system issues, Venture was able to escalate and have Sunnova come to the site to fully assess the issue. They are in the process of procuring replacement parts and completing the service of the solar system. We will continue to improve our proactive monitoring of the solar system to better address and service your home, and ensure Sunnova lives up to the production guarantees in your contract.
