Their customer service is the worst I've seen for any global company!!! You cant talk to anyone that is not reading from a manual and can not help you in anyway. I've been dealing with multiple people since Sept 23 and still have the same problem and Sunnova will not fix THEIR problem!! The first thing that should be dead give away is the customer service telephone number is wrong on the main website...
