Terrible

Eguana battery system only worked during one power outage, hasn't worked since. They sold us a system that wasn't powerful enough to even operate our well pump. The battery still doesn't work during outages and Eguana doesn't even answer or return calls. Worthless product. We suspected problems early on in the install process when stories and timelines weren't lining up. We even had to order our own replacement parts. After AES made an an unsolicited offer to swap the Eguana system out for something that works, they refused to do so and demanded payment.
