My Solar installation journey with All Energy Solar

I couldn't be happier with the work done by All Energy Solar! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The communication throughout was fantastic—whether it was with the sales team, project management, or post-project support, everyone was friendly and kept me in the loop. A special shoutout to my project manager, Carlo Maloni. Even when Carlo took couple of weeks of parental leave for his new baby, the communication was seamlessly transferred to another project manager Annalise. This ensured that the project continued smoothly without any hiccups. My sales person, Todd, was also outstanding. He wasn't just great during the sales process; he also delivered all the closeout documents, including specs, warranties from all vendors, and the IRS 5695 form for tax rebates. Todd's thoroughness and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. All Energy Solar’s pricing is very competitive in the market, and I never felt any sales pressure. They were very transparent about the technology they use, including top-of-the-line solar panels, transformers, and mounting racks. The documentation they provided on how to monitor energy post-installation was crystal clear, making it easy for me to understand and manage my new solar system. Moreover, they took care of applying for all local energy credits and assisted me in obtaining tax rebates, making the financial aspect straightforward and stress-free.
