We love our solar panels we will get solar panels again. We will NEVER get them from Sunnova again though and we have learned our lesson about doing research on back end support reviews before being swindled by rose colored salesmen. After install, if you need anything, you are going to be talking to someone in a foreign call center reading a script that WILL NOT have actual conversations with you. Might as well be a robot. They will verify information, place you "on a brief hold for 5 minutes" no matter what you're calling about, and be completely unhelpful. We had a tornado and hail damage to our roof and needed the panels removed to replace it. 3rd party can remove them for about $3000 but it'll void your warranty. They know it too and Sunnova charged us $10,000 to take them off for the repairs. Even THAT was a nightmare because they opened a case number and then arbitrarily closed it and we had to start the whole process over again. Apparently this is a common thing they do just to pad their numbers. Took from May 14 to July 16 to get the panels off and now we're going through the same crap trying to get them back on. It is inefficient, frustrating, and slimy. Get solar, just don't get it from Sunnova.
