Buyer beware!! I should have known this was going to be a problem when it took about a year to activate the solar panels that were essentially provided by Lennar on my new home. Three years later, upon trying to close the sale of my house, a simple lease transfer of could not be accomplished in a timely manner, causing me to close the house sale in escrow and preventing the buyer from occupying the house until the transfer is accomplished. Customer service people seem to just try to escalate the issues, without actually trying to solve anything. I continue to receive distorted emails asking for a signature when I have already signed the agreement to transfer the lease. How does this company stay in business with practices like this? The only path forward that I can see is through the courts.
