I just learned last night that this company, Vision Solar went out of business. While not surprised as my experience back in 2023 was the worst ever, who do we as customers, contact if we encounter issues with the panels? I was duped from beginning to end from being lied to about the cost, the incentive, installation time, fixing my damaged wall, you name it. I've called several solar companies to inquire about help in the future as no one will touch my panels because they were installed by someone else. If anyone has any information on who we can reach out if needed, please share.
