My roof is leaking but cannot reach anyone in the Titan

My name is Luckana Bortz, and I live in Mississippi. We have a similar problem with Titan, so I just want to inform everyone about this issue. I cannot reach anyone from Titan customer service by phone or email. I had my solar installed by the Titan in Feb. 2023, but the solar power wasn't ready to be used until the end of 2023, and I have to keep paying for the loan. After a long while, I got solar power up and running. But now my roof is leaking, and I tried to call them to come fixed, but I cannot reach anyone, and I just now found out they are closed out. I have many questions, but first. What about the service? Who should I call? What about a customer service and maintenance 25-year warranty? My roof has been leaking in several areas. I really think I have made a very bad decision to have a solar panel on top of my roof. I wish I could take it back. Thanks for reading, and I hope we can find the proper solutions for this matter.
