On July 5, 2024 a young person came home to offer the panels. We wasn't sure if we wanted them but we said Yes. I didn't know that I was signing a loan with Mosaic and that was not explaining to me. When I found out my husband and I was in shock because we are going to be retired in 2 years and we never, never, never will wanted to have a loan. Thanks God I did cancel the loan with Mosaic. When I called Suntria to cancel they gave me a hard time first they said that they will send this to the credit bureau and they are trying to charge me this amount of money. ADT $850, System Design $125, Adm fee$250, Truck dispatch fee $250, permit $200, Site Assessment $300 = $1975 for a work that they haven't not done yet. Yes, they have the choice to come and get the ADT equipment because I don't need it, the rest is on them. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.....!
