I’ve had my solar since 2017. Twice I’ve had issues with the connections and I only found out about it after I received a much higher electric bill. Their response was that they don’t monitor the panels, which is crazy, but I guess I can understand. They said that’s the job of the customer. When I realized that there was no communication with my solar panels. I immediately called harvest only to be hung up on four times in a row. You can hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. Then came across their customer support phone number which is not actual employees of harvest rather just an answering service. After they promised me three times in three days that they would call me to help walk me through this process they have not called once. They send text messages all the time saying that they are going to calling in a certain amount of time (1 hour or 15 mins) and they never follow up. I would NEVER recommend using harvest solo panel ever.
