We had our solar and roof installed July of 2022. Clean, fast and courteous. 1 panel went out May 25 2024 and here we are Aug 02 20203 and we still have 1 panel not working. Bad customer service to get some one out to replace or repair the panel. Email after email, no date of when we can get this resolved. Been paying for all panels monthly as usual. Will we not billed the months we have been without that panel, I think not. I should have read reviews or researched this better.
