Great experience - honest, transparent, and supportive

I cannot recommend Jim and the folks at Celestial Solar highly enough. Working with them was easy and the process was straightforward. In particular, I appreciated the honesty, transparency, and support offered throughout the whole process. Honesty - from the first interaction, it was clear Jim (the owner) was not trying to upsell or push anything on me. We have a tree shading part of our roof, so he was quick to point out the limits of our potential system and made sure to size it appropriately for how much sun we get. Transparency - throughout the whole process, each component of the project was explained in detail, including the brands and models of the panels and inverters, the steps needed to take with the utility and what to expect, and the financing options. In particular, Jim was really transparent about different cost options for different size systems and different amounts of financing. The clear information gave me the confidence to make informed decisions from start to finish. Support - at every stage of the project - from initial scoping to installation to follow-up - Jim and Celestial have provided excellent support. I’ve had to do extraordinarily little, and whenever I have any questions they answer them quickly and comprehensively. Once again, I cannot recommend Celestial Solar highly enough. If you are looking to set up a home solar system, give them a call - you will not be disappointed!
