Impossible to reach 2nd year trying for trueup rebate

Last 3 years customer service non existent. Could not get true up rebate or repairs. Took 10 mths for 202×-23 Again for 2024 no replies . In June finally replied and agreed to process trueup and trim trees . 2. Months later. No apptovaal for estimates
