I have been dealing with them for 3 years. I bought a 52 panel and 20kw battery system for a little over $114,000 financed. I have been having issues with the battery system nearly every 6 to every 8 months. Either it quits working or one side is not charging properly. Either way I’m out over $20,000 for batteries that are not working. Now trying to get them out is something different. Called them 4 times in a two week period!! Finally got a commitment of sending someone out on 08/16/24 “NO SHOW “!! This has been an experience every year for the last three years.
