Great Basin Solar NV to the rescue

My solar stopped producing on August 2nd 2024. I to like many people that have had a solar system installed and has had the company that installed the solar system go out of business, leaving me and others without someone to work on our solar systems. The other companies that I have reached out to in the past won’t touch the solar system if they did not install. When I called Great Basin Solar to ask for help. Matt answered the phone (shocker)!! I asked a couple questions and he said yes, yes and yes they could help. What a relief!! They were above courteous, professional, completely honest and above all very proficient at their business. I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am that they are here in Reno Nevada taking care of the residents that have had solar systems installed and then had the company that installed go out of business. Thank you Matt and William for helping me get my solar system back up and working!! I will definitely be telling everyone I know that needs a solar system installed or anyone that needs a great company to work on their solar system
